Everpure in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Performance Technical Lead for FlashBlade//EXA to own the end-to-end performance narrative of Everpure’s exascale disaggregated storage architecture built for AI factories.

You will bridge systems performance engineering, benchmark architecture, and competitive intelligence to demonstrate how EXA is engineered, proven, and positioned against HPC and hyperscale competitors.

Competenze

• Storage performance architecture across file, block and object protocols.
• Expertise in GPU cluster architecture and RDMA fabrics.
• Benchmarking standards (MLPerf Storage, IO500) and load-generation tools.
• Ability to perform architecture-level competitive analysis.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, product and field teams.

Mansioni

• Architect and define performance roadmaps translating storage expertise into technical requirements.
• Align performance roadmap with multi-tenant GPU-cloud and sovereign-cloud operators.
• Develop rigorous architectural analyses for competitive positioning.
• Lead end-to-end validation across storage, network, and compute with reproducible benchmarks.
• Define QoS and SLA requirements for multi-tenant deployments.
