Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients, providers and facility resources for exams.
• Link complex appointments and coordinate with multiple departments to meet patient needs.
• Answer staff and patient questions on medical tests and procedures.
• Verify insurance details and ensure exams are scheduled correctly and authorized with the correct coverage.
• Initiate outbound calls to facilitate scheduling with patients.
• Provide instructions to patients to prepare for examinations and procedures.
• Confirm patient appointments and maintain positive patient relations in a fast-paced team environment.
