Job summary

Mary Lanning Medical Clinic in Hastings, NE is seeking a part-time Patient Representative to deliver world-class customer service. You will be the front-line contact for patients, collecting accurate registration information and completing demographic forms.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out, initiating pre-registration calls before visits, assisting with patient transfers, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-line for patients, responsible for timely, courteous collection of patient information to complete registration.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, check-in & check-out patients.
• Initiate pre-registration/demographic calls to patients prior to scheduled appointment.
• Complete necessary forms and treatment consents at registration.
• Assist with transfer of patients to area of service, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
