• Complete applications and contact patients, office personnel in physicians' offices and pharmaceutical companies.
• Speak with patients regarding medications.
• Complete application renewals quarterly.
• Compile annual summaries for physician offices and an annual cost savings report.
• Attend Medicare SHIP.
• Perform other duties in Social Services.
