You will greet examinees, verify IDs, monitor exams, and apply center policies, while handling security checks and reporting issues with urgency.

This role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and flexibility to cover varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in person.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
