Job summary

Fairmount Park Casino & Racing in the United States is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead cleaning and safety initiatives, ensuring a welcoming guest experience in a high-energy gaming and racing environment. You will develop and enforce policies, train staff, monitor cleanliness and safety, manage shift schedules, and resolve guest concerns while upholding regulatory standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Train and develop team members through education, training, and coaching.
• Monitor labor resources to ensure effective guest services.
• Provide a clean and safe environment.
• Suggest improvements to increase guest satisfaction and revenue while reducing costs.
• Investigate and resolve guest and team member complaints related to EVS.
• Conduct inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure storage closets are stocked and equipment maintained.
• Handle master keys and related duties.
