Live! Casino & Hotel Virginia is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations in a fast-paced casino environment, ensuring a clean, safe and guest-focused experience.

You will schedule EVS work, supervise staff across shifts, uphold OSHA standards, and help reduce injuries while maintaining high cleanliness. A 2-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with flexibility for irregular hours, interviews, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in a high-volume facility such as retail, casino, hotel or public facility in janitorial or executive housekeeping.
• Ability to secure and maintain required Virginia licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages EVS work scheduling and oversees completion of assignments.
• Supervises staff and shift to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ensures safety and security with proper supervision of staff.
• Manages processes to reduce loss time injuries.
• Prepares scheduling and staffing levels for proper shift coverage.
• Assists manager with interviews and provides input for evaluations.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Reviews EVS activities with EVS Manager.
• Meets with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
