Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Supervisor, EVS to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure top-quality guest service. The role requires leadership in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for public space staff.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, with background check and drug screening. Must be at least 21 and eligible for Virginia regulatory licenses.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol for gaming and entertainment, and mentors team members to deliver superior service.
• Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations; assists in hiring and establishing training programs for public space personnel.
• Recommends adjustments to public space policies to better service guests and resolves non-routine problems.
• Conducts detailed property inspections to ensure adherence to policies and identify issues.
• Shows leadership to guide subordinates and maintain budget awareness; attends meetings and completes follow-up actions.
