Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the EVS team in Burlington. The role offers full-time hours, a 2nd shift, and weekend rotation, with a pay range of $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

You will oversee staff, coordinate projects, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, leadership experience, and at least one year in housekeeping.

• Leadership experience preferred.
• At least one year in Housekeeping.
• Good communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-workers in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services department (EVS) program.
• Confers and plans with supervisory staff on assignments and activities.
• Verify completion of duties by EVS staff according to EVS procedures.
• Assist in scheduling EVS staff and adjust daily schedules for proper staffing.
• Act as EVS lead, with responsibilities in safety, training and equipment management.
• Maintain patient and departmental information confidentiality and professional conduct.
