Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Associate at the Burlington location. The role involves cleaning patient care and clinical areas, restrooms, lobbies, and offices, with a 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and every 3rd weekend plus rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient care areas, surgical areas, restrooms, lobbies, offices, and corridors.
• Clean surfaces including ceilings, walls, furniture, beds, and equipment.
• Dust and damp mop floors in patient and exam areas.
• Replace cubicle/window coverings when needed.
• Manage recyclables, trash, and medical waste per guidelines.
• Stock linens and distribute supplies to designated areas.
• Prepare dismissal/transfer units and distribute non-medical supplies.
• Report equipment failures or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
