Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to oversee daily EVS operations on the 2nd shift, with a 40-hour week, rotating holidays, and work every 3rd weekend. You will mentor teammates, coordinate schedules, and ensure cleaning standards meet EVS procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in housekeeping, and leadership experience; strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to train staff and maintain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• At least one year in Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-workers in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services department (EVS) program.
• Confers, plans ahead with supervisory staff on job assignments and activities.
• Verifies completion of duties/tasks by EVS staff according to EVS procedures.
• Assist in scheduling the Environmental Services staff and adjust daily schedules for proper staffing.
• Functions as EVS Tech in lead role and coordinates projects/set ups.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, train on new methods and demonstrate techniques.
