Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors junior EVS staff to meet cleanliness standards.
• Creates monthly work schedules for EVS employees.
• Tracks overtime and callouts for EVS staff.
• Inspects work product of staff across the facility.
• Reports any deficiencies to senior management.
• Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, offices, and clinical areas.
• Follows infection control practices and uses chemicals per procedure.
