Job summary

Advocate Health's Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking an EVS Tech 2 Lead for the Environmental Services department. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with a pay range of $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

You will lead Environmental Services staff, plan assignments with supervisors, verify task completion, adjust schedules for proper staffing, and train associates in cleaning methods and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred in a supervisory role.
• 3 years experience with at least one in Housekeeping or EVS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-workers in day-to-day operations of the EVS program.
• Plan ahead with supervisory staff on job assignments and activities.
• Verify completion of all assigned duties according to EVS procedures.
• Assist in scheduling of Environmental Services staff and adjust daily schedules for proper staffing.
• Train associates and assist in department orientation; communicate with leadership on performance and issues.
