Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock in Atlantic City is seeking a dedicated team member for public area housekeeping. You will deep clean and sanitize front and back of house spaces, follow chemical and equipment procedures, and provide excellent service to our guests.

The role involves operating cleaning equipment, signing in/out radios and keys, and promptly addressing spills or safety concerns. This position contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Deep clean and maintain front and back of house spaces.
• Follow procedures for chemicals and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure safety around wet areas with proper signage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean cleaning equipment.
• Sign in/out equipment, radios, and master keys.
• Manage spills and respond to guest calls.
• Support responsible gaming and alcohol service notification to managers.
• Uphold company mission and values.
• Notify managers of illegal acts or ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain attractive front and back of house spaces
• In observation or safety requirements, services assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to established procedures
• Perform other duties associated with public area housekeeping as assigned
• Operate and keep clean equipment, which is used for sweeping, vacuuming, brushing, polishing, and more
• Follow internal procedures for signing in and out equipment, radios, and master keys
• Provide excellent customer service for our internal and external guests
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness of public spaces
• Recognize and respond to spills or other calls which require immediate attention
• Use wet floor signs to ensure guest and employee safety around wet areas, spills, or other cleaning
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
• Other duties as assigned
