Job summary

Performance Foodservice seeks an Executive Vice President to assist the Operating Company President in leading and driving execution across sales, procurement, operations, finance and HR. This role is focused on achieving profit, sales and expense metrics while ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

As an executive development role, the EVP will develop operating policies, lead budgeting, review financials, and oversee talent management and succession planning to build a culture

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• Required Experience: 6 - 10 Years.
• Successful senior management experience within related industry.
• Preferred Education: Masters/MBA.
• Preferred Experience: 10 Years +.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Company President in leading and driving execution across sales, procurement, operations, finance and HR.
• Accountable for achieving profit, sales and expense management metrics in assigned functional areas.
• Develops and implements operating policies and procedures across assigned functional areas of the Operating Company.
• Lead and manage the planning and budgeting process for assigned functional areas to meet business objectives.
• Review and analyze financial reporting and statements to determine status in attaining financial objectives.
• Supervisory responsibilities include performance management, talent development, talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Demonstrates leadership skills that promote a respectful, productive work environment and culture of accountability.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
