Job summary

MERGE is seeking an executive to lead the Pharma & MedTech portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams across CX, technology, media, and creative to deliver transformative solutions.

This role focuses on strengthening relationships with C-suite stakeholders, driving revenue, margins, and long-term profitability while maintaining agile, collaborative leadership. Hybrid work in Atlanta area preferred.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive, agency-side client management in pharma/medtech
• Proven track record managing large multi-channel accounts and P&Ls
• Strong ability to translate executive vision into growth plans
• Exceptional communication and negotiation at the C-suite level

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and annual growth strategy for Pharma & MedTech portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams across CX, technology, media, and creative to deliver solutions.
• Own full portfolio P&L, drive revenue and margin improvements.
• Lead pitch strategies and expand multi-channel capabilities including brand, data/analytics.
