Job summary

Keel is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead Earned Value Management and financial reporting across defense programs. You will develop budgets, manage EV data, and ensure compliance with government requirements while partnering with program teams.

The role emphasizes forecasting, cost control, and proactive risk management. You will present program financial status to customers and leadership, driving process improvements and accurate metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
• 7+ years of finance experience.
• Excel daily tool usage.
• Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/GAAP and cost accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased budgets and EV data reporting.
• Improve financial controls, procedures, and forecasting.
• Assess contract/program status and compliance.
• Provide management with early warning of issues and solutions.
• Prepare EAC/ETC/LRE projections.
• Generate EV reports and customer briefs.
• Educate management with cost/schedule performance.
