Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in the United States seeks a Program Finance professional to lead earned value management, budgeting, and cost performance analysis across multiple CLINs. This role drives data integrity, forecasts, and timely reporting to support program decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and hands-on experience in program finance, cost accounting, and financial analysis, with proficiency in SAP,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience in Program Finance roles with understanding of financial concepts, including cost accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) and SAP/Hyperion/Cobra/GenBOE
Strong communication across functions and levels in the organization

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership with earned value reporting and cost performance analysis.
Maintain financial baselines for proposals and monthly billing.
Collaborate with program managers, engineering leads, and contract specialists to align financial outcomes with milestones and obligations.
Deliver actionable financial insights through cost performance reports and variance explanations.
