Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain program financial plans across multiple products. You will collaborate with Program Management, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include cost performance analysis, pricing model development, and support for proposals and audits. A strong background in ERP/SCM/CRM and advanced Excel is required; team collaboration is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
• 8–12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in costing and pricing of complex development programs
• Working knowledge of ERP, SCM, and CRM software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate with finance, planners and support staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program financial plans including budgets and EACs
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
• Analyze cost performance to meet contractual obligations
• Prepare project control/financial analysis reports for customers
• Develop complex cost and pricing models
• Support proposal cost estimates and assist with contract negotiations
• Perform variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses
• Lead or support as Team Lead on new assignments
• Interface with program office, operations and subcontracts
