Keel is seeking a skilled financial professional to support Earned Value Management across programs. You will develop time-phased budgets, EV data reporting, and cost control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with government standards.

You will lead cost analyses, risk assessments, and internal/external reporting, educating management with clear insights. A strong background in EVM, FAR/DFARS, and GAAP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent; 7+ years of finance experience.
• Graduate Degree is a plus; 3+ years of related finance experience beneficial.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of finance experience accepted.
• Prior managerial experience is required.
• 3+ years using Excel daily; Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased budgets and EV data reporting.
• Enhance cost controls, forecasting methods, and system requirements.
• Provide early warning on cost performance and risks.
• Prepare EV reports, analyses, and customer briefings.
• Ensure FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GAAP compliance.
• Support program financials and earned value management.
