Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Systems Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with Deltek Cobra.
• 8+ years of experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO and CAMs in planning, implementing, and monitoring EVMS processes.
• Analyze financial data, generate reports, identify issues, and recommend actions.
• Monitor and report on program financial performance including cost, schedule, and budget.

Education
