Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Finance Manager (M3) for the MRAD Product Area to lead Discretionary NRE cost management for the Sentinel program. The role partners with Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive financial execution, EVMS compliance, forecasting, and hands-on analyses.

The successful candidate will summarize information for management, present findings, and work across levels to ensure timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years experience
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis
• Develop and support Quarterly EAC/LRE development
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness
