Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Control Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts within the Product Support portfolio. This onsite role supports internal and international programs and requires DoD Secret clearance.

The role emphasizes EVMS compliance, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination, with extensive use of Excel, MS Project, and APEX for detailed reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with EVMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and EV MS standards.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
• Execute resource planning and support EAC/LRE inputs.
• Assist with risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulas), MS Project, and APEX for analyses.
