Job summary

Women In Need (Win) seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead evidence-based practices across housing programs and to train staff within the Win Academy. Reporting to the Director of Evidence Based Practices, the role will drive agency-wide training and provide onsite clinical consultation to staff.

The position emphasizes implementing Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strengths-Based Case Management, while advancing organizational learning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work required.
• Experience with homelessness, trauma, mental health issues, substance use, poverty, or related inequities.
• Expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and recovery-oriented practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agency-wide training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and other evidence-based practices.
• Support development and continuous improvement of training curricula and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and facilitate training.
• Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with best practices.
• Provide monthly onsite coaching, clinical consultation and technical assistance.
• Promote implementation of evidence-based practices across programs.
• Participate in agency-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed of emerging research and proven methodologies.
• Identify external training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with publication and dissemination of organizational learning.
