Job summary

Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking a Clinical Director to partner with the AVP and lead clinical services across transitional housing programs. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, supervision, and ongoing program improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS LCSW or LMHC with at least three years of experience addressing homelessness, mental health, and trauma. Strong MI and TIC experience, supervisory skills, and basic MS Office proficiency are required, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Must hold a current New York State LCSW or LMHC with at least three years of experience supporting families facing homelessness, mental health concerns, trauma, or substance use.
• Proficient in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Demonstrated clinical supervisory experience and ability to guide staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical services implementation across Win’s transitional housing programs.
• Provide trauma-informed clinical supervision and consultation.
• Develop and standardize social work practices to drive program improvement.
• Deliver training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to staff.
