Center for Human Development is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to shape our clinical training series, emphasizing evidence-based models like MI, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and ARC as required by CHD contracts. The role requires collaboration with internal and external experts and strong communication with staff from diverse backgrounds.

The specialist will work with the Director of Learning and Development to design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, ensuring sustainability and expansion

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a clinical field is required; license or license-eligible is preferred.
• Training development and implementation experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape CHD's clinical training series with evidence-based models such as MI, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ARC and more as required by CHD contracts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development to design and implement "train-the-trainer" programs for sustainability and expansion.
• Partner with CHD's technology department to establish professional learning communities and provide ongoing support for participants post-training.
