The role emphasizes assessing needs, developing plans, and documenting progress in the company database, while upholding program integrity and client safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports in English.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software used in administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of clients following program policies and procedures.
• Conducts risk/need assessments and develops individual treatment plans.
• Trains new staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reviews progress and documents outcomes for court review.
• Represents the company in contacts with public agencies and officials.
