Zusammenfassung

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Caseworker in California to manage participant caseloads within our evidence-based rehabilitation programs. You will apply What Works principles in interactions with participants and staff, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with agencies to support successful reintegration and supervision in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree and minimum 2 years of experience with criminal justice population.
• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience with criminal justice population.

Aufgaben

• Manages a caseload using What Works principles; conducts risk/need assessments and creates treatment plans.
• Conducts orientation meetings; explains participant contracts and processes; may install electronic monitoring.
• Sets schedules and approves activity changes; collects participant fees as required.
• Monitors compliance with counseling when required; reports program violations to agencies.
• Documents progress and prepares court-ready reports; conducts group and individual meetings using motivational interviewing.
• Develops rehabilitative plans and CMP progress; may testify in court if needed.
