Job summary

Momentive Software seeks a client-facing project specialist to guide customers through the event lifecycle, from goals to configuration and optimization. You’ll troubleshoot, train users, and collaborate with Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multi‑client management, and strong communication across internal and external stakeholders. Remote-friendly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of client-facing work experience.
• Knowledge of trade show industry or professional associations preferred.
• Expert in conducting requirements analysis with strong technical and business requirements writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and communicate value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to clients across the event life cycle.
• Understand client goals and ensure proper configuration and setup.
• Assist with iterative configuration changes and troubleshooting.
• Train clients on product usage and enablement resources.
• Coordinate with Support and Product Education teams for client success.
• Create Statements of Work when project scope exceeds initial agreement.
• Collaborate with Account Management to assess client health and upsell opportunities.
• Help define project management SOPs and tools across the team.
