Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Events Operator I for Stone Mountain Park and Attractions. You will manage setup, maintenance, breakdown, and cleaning of conference rooms and lounges for food and beverage events, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.

The role emphasizes high guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to Aramark standards. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for extended periods, with uniforms and PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to budget time to ensure rooms are set and ready on time.
• Prefer 1 year experience as Banquet Set-up at a hotel.
• Must read, write, and clearly speak English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide service.
• Set up Breakout/Workshop rooms per Conference Planners’ specs.
• Ensure rooms meet standards using QA inspection sheets.
• Vacuum floors, clean walls/windows, ensure lights work.
• Report maintenance via Work Orders.
• Ensure meeting supplies are stocked for Breakouts/Workshops.
• Refresh rooms after each meeting.
• Help guests and direct questions to the right person.
• Work as a team and attend daily conference services lineup.
• Follow safe practices to protect coworkers.
