Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Operations professional to ensure staffing for events, manage payroll and submit hours for processing. This role supports Associate Directors of Security and helps oversee training, credentials, and compliance across venues.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail. Flexible scheduling, teamwork, and professionalism are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties with proper lifting techniques up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all security departments are adequately staffed for every event across the Crossroads portfolio.
• Monitor and manage payroll.
• Submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.
• Oversee staffing numbers with backup plans for hiring during peak season.
• Coordinate employee training schedules and monitor progress and compliance.
• Assist Associate Directors of Security with issuing venue credentials and invoices.
