Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Cambridge, MA is seeking a security administrator to help staff events across the Crossroads portfolio, monitor payroll, and ensure accurate timekeeping. This role supports Associate Directors of Security and helps manage venue credentials and incident reports.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year admin experience, 2-3 years in a similar role, and a high school diploma; a flexible schedule; comfortable in fast-paced environments; bilingual a plus; and willingness to work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security staffing for events across the Crossroads portfolio.
• Monitor and manage payroll and submit hours for processing.
• Oversee attendance and staffing levels with backup plans.
• Coordinate employee training schedules and compliance.
• Assist with issuing venue credentials and related invoices.
• Handle record keeping of event reports and claims.
• Oversee venue gear ordering and delivery.
• Occasionally work security manager shifts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by security leadership.
