Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an experienced Events Security Coordinator to ensure staffing across all Crossroads portfolio events, manage payroll, and keep accurate hours for timely processing.

The role supports Associate Directors of Security and coordinates training, credentials, and incident reporting in a fast-paced venue environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a comparable role, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years in a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Sitting, typing, walking, and occasionally lifting 25 lbs.
• Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) or 5+ years with similar TKS.
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, holidays).
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• Ability to perform duties professionally and independently with good judgment.
• Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Bi-lingual experience preferred.
• Experience in a live music environment.
• Self-defense training.
• Experience using metal detection equipment.
• EMT or other medical background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all security departments are adequately staffed for every event across the Crossroads portfolio.
• Monitor and manage payroll.
• Accurately submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.
• Actively oversee staffing numbers with backup plans for hiring during peak season.
• Communicate staffing changes to department supervisors.
• Coordinate employee training schedules and monitor progress and compliance.
• Assist Associate Directors of Security with issuing venue credentials and invoices.
• Maintain record keeping and proper filling of reports.
• Oversee ordering, fulfillment and delivery of all venue gear.
• Occasionally work security manager shifts.
