Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeks a security operations professional for Crossroads venues. You will help staff events, monitor payroll, and ensure accurate hours submission for timely processing. The role demands flexibility and strong teamwork in a fast-paced live music setting.

You will coordinate training, manage credentials, and support supervisors with incident and inspection reporting while upholding safety standards across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of administrative experience is required.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a comparable role is expected.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy is essential.
• Ability to sit, type, walk and lift up to 25 lb with proper technique.
• Experience with ABIMM or 5+ years in similar security systems is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music and art forms.
• Professional demeanor and independent judgment within policy.
• Team player with ability to execute programs.
• Bi-lingual ID recognition is a plus.
• Experience in a live music environment is preferred.
• Self-defense training and familiarity with metal detection equipment.
• EMT or other medical background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing across Crossroads venues for each event.
• Monitor and manage payroll and submit hours for processing.
• Oversee staffing numbers with backup hiring plans during peak season.
• Communicate staffing changes to department supervisors and monitor attendance.
• Coordinate employee training schedules and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist Associate Directors of Security with venue credentials and invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Associate Directors of Security.
• Maintain records including Pre-Event Inspection Reports and incident reports.
• Oversee ordering, fulfillment and delivery of venue gear.
• Occasionally work security manager shifts.
