Job summary

Triple-S is seeking a driven individual to perform routine tasks in support of marketing and events, including transportation of equipment, setup for activities, and distribution of messages and materials between offices. This role requires occasional travel and weekend hours.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree (or college credits) and a valid Driver’s License, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Join a team focused on enabling healthier lives through coordinated events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or college credits, or at least 1-3 years work experience in lieu of, preferably.
• Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Transportation and installation of equipment and marketing material for activities and events.
• Assistance in Marketing and Corporate events.
• Be available to provide support to the Sales and Marketing Departments.
• Deliver messages and items, such as documents, and packages, between regional offices, and other establishments.
• Ensure that each activity will have all the materials necessary for the proper performance.
• Walk, drive vehicles, or use public conveyances in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials
• Give support in the activities performed at the Company.
• Be available to support activities and initiatives of the department, including the different regions plus other company departments as needed.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned according with the position and/or head of area.

Job Summary

Performs routine tasks based on simple procedures and / or verbal instructions. Pickup and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items, equipment and materials between office within the company and any other places. Traveling by automobile. Transport, set up, participate, tear down and store event materials.
