Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. is seeking a driver/ courier type role to transport and install equipment and marketing materials for events, with support to Sales and Marketing teams.

The job involves delivering messages, building materials for activities, and ensuring availability of required items across regions. The role requires scheduling flexibility, including extended hours and weekends, and an Associate's Degree with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or college credits, or 1–3 years work experience in lieu of, preferably.
• Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Transport and install equipment and marketing materials for activities and events.
• Assistance in Marketing and Corporate events.
• Be available to provide support to the Sales and Marketing Departments.
• Deliver messages and items, such as documents, and packages, between regional offices, and other establishments.
• Ensure that each activity will have all the materials necessary for the proper performance.
• Walk, drive vehicles, or use public conveyances in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials.
• Be available to support activities and initiatives of the department, including the different regions plus other company departments as needed.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned according with the position and/or head of area.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs routine tasks based on simple procedures and / or verbal instructions. Pickup and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items, equipment and materials between office within the company and any other places. Traveling by automobile. Transport, set up, participate, tear down and store event materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
