Workbox Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Events Sales Manager to join our events team. This role will serve as the primary operational partner to the Director of Events and will take ownership of event coordination after a booking is signed and paid, while also carrying a defined sales and revenue responsibility.

Based in Chicago, the position requires on-site coverage at Workbox locations with occasional evening events and national sales support for meeting room opportunities.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of event coordination after a signed and paid booking, being the primary client contact through execution.
• Coordinate timelines, room layouts, catering, AV, guest lists, and vendor access.
• Maintain event checklists, calendars, and templates; ensure CRM records are accurate.
• Provide on-site coverage for Chicago events, including evenings, and support national meeting room sales.
