Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Nashville to support hotel sales across Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown and Fairfield Inn & Suites in The Gulch. You will assist the sales team, enter data into sales systems, and help provide outstanding guest service while living our ONE TEAM.ONE.VISION philosophy.

You will travel for client meetings, conduct site tours, and collaborate with operations to ensure accounts are served effectively.

Qualifications

• Must travel for sales calls, meetings and related activities.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, push, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all hotel sales activities and sales projects.
• Enter items into our sales systems and support the sales team.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to guests and associates.
• Assist with site tours and promote hotel facilities and services.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure full account servicing.
