Job summary

SANY America is seeking an organized, proactive Marketing & Program Coordinator to support events, marketing programs, purchasing, and day-to-day administration. This hands-on role coordinates trade shows, dealer and customer events, program records, and cross-functional follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems independently, and keeps multiple priorities moving, with experience in event coordination, Excel-based tracking, and SAP purchasing

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, marketing support, program coordination, or similar.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to create/maintain spreadsheets.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP purchasing systems (purchase requisitions/orders).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade shows, dealer and customer events, product demonstrations, and related logistics.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up across programs; maintain records and inventories.
• Build effective cross-functional relationships with internal teams, dealers, vendors, and partners; adapt to changing priorities.
