Job Summary & Responsibilities

As our Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for all company trade shows, exhibitions, and field marketing initiatives. Your days will involve coordinating booth designs, managing freight logistics, and ensuring brand consistency across visual assets. This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate closely with internal teams, travel for events, and support business development initiatives that help our region thrive.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• - Managing trade show lifecycles from initial registration and vendor coordination to onsite execution and post-event reporting.
• - Overseeing logistics, crate inventories, shipping schedules, and promotional giveaways.
• - Managing event-related marketing campaigns, creating technical LinkedIn content, and supporting email initiatives.
• - Assisting the sales team with presentations, collecting customer testimonials, and capturing leads directly into our CRM system.
• - Acting as our welcoming front desk presence and supporting daily office operations.

Preferred Skills

• - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools
• - Experience with graphic production timelines or vendor management
• - Ability to manage international or domestic travel for events (approximately 2 to 4 times per year)
