Job summary

Spherion Fort Myers is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to lead end-to-end planning for trade shows and field marketing. You will coordinate booth design, logistics, and campaigns while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel 2–4 times per year. Front desk duties and office support are also part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in marketing, events, or logistics coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and field marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate booth designs, freight logistics, and vendor management.
• Create and manage event-related marketing campaigns and content.
• Support sales with presentations and lead capture into CRM.
• Provide front desk support and day-to-day office operations.
