Job summary

Magic Mind is seeking an Event & Partnerships Coordinator to own the on-ground logistics for events, activations, and gifting programs in the LA area. You will run storage, packing, and shipping to VIPs, coordinate with partners, and ensure each activation feels on-brand and polished.

You’ll manage warehousing, seeding drops, and runtime support across run clubs, studios, and pop-ups, while traveling to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, activations, or pop-ups.
• Strong logistics and inventory management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for events, pop-ups, and partner activations from venue needs to run-of-show and timelines.
• Lead setup, on-site operations, and teardown for events and activations.
• Manage storage unit day-to-day: organize inventory, track stock, and flag reorders.
