The Operations Manager will oversee all market events, ensure proper staffing and equipment, and maintain excellent client relations, while adapting to a dynamic schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in event industry or customer-service experience.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and variable schedules.
• Labor management: recruiting, training, scheduling, accountability.
• Must speak, write, and understand English fluently.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Valid driver's license; pass DOT physical and driving tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage sets and strikes to meet client needs.
• Recruit, train, and lead crew leaders and part-time installers.
• Oversee local asset management and fleet compliance.
• Ensure staffing, prep, and execution of shows within budget.
• Handle customer communications, proposals, and scheduling.
• Monitor labor hours weekly and optimize workforce allocation.
