Job summary

Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead an in-person events team across Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. You will develop, manage, and execute promotional booths at shows, fairs, and festivals, driving lead generation and sales.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Demonstrators, book new events each weekend, coordinate schedules and budgets, and report on productivity. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required; weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field marketing/events teams.
• Experience in customer-facing marketing or B2C environments.
• Ability to recruit and hire staff for events.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows and events weekly in the territory.
• Lead and manage the team of Event Demonstrators.
• Generate leads and drive sales at event booths.
• Set up and maintain attractive promotional booths at events.
• Plan schedules and calendars for events and staff.
• Monitor productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
