Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hospitality/business experience.
• 2+ years in hospitality with administrative and service duties.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Stone Barn events from booking through completion, ensuring margins and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee timelines, setup/breakdown plans, and floorplans.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts for procurement, delivery, and billing.
• Administer events software, including service requests and orders.
• Supervise event staff and ensure high hospitality standards.
