Job summary

Main Event in Oklahoma City is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and group experiences, while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will partner with guests to tailor experiences, schedule events, and input data in our systems.

A strong emphasis on sales, team collaboration, and customer service drives the role. Ideal candidates bring guest-focused thinking, teamwork, and the ability to communicate with management and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and a team player.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with Guests, promoting a FUN environment.
• Understand event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group and birthday events.
• Input sales and guest information in systems and follow up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
