• Strong executive writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, action-oriented communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for executive events, offsites, and speaking engagements, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, content readiness, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-through.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operating rhythms (e.g., planning cadences, weekly updates, decision logs, stakeholder reviews).
• Produce clear, executive-ready written materials (e.g., program updates, briefing docs, run-of-show documents, talking points, and recap notes).
• Build scalable playbooks and documented processes to enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.

• Experience in a sales or go-to-market organization, marketing events, or communications.
• Experience scaling work through playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and automation.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85.00 - $95.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
