Job summary

Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS invites applications for the 2027 Internship - Customer Experience (Events Associate). You will support the tradeshow and events program, coordinate details, and help ensure Textron Aviation’s presence at customer events reflects our brand.

Responsibilities include assisting with event planning, vendor coordination, travel logistics, and post-event reporting, while you gain hands-on experience under experienced professionals through a 10-week summer program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and execution for customer events and trade shows.
• Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations for senior leadership and staff.
• Negotiate with vendors to meet Textron Aviation's needs.
• Prepare pre- and post-event reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize event outcomes.
• Support on-site event activities and attendee engagement.
