Job summary

Textron Aviation is offering a 2027 Internship in Customer Support in Wichita, KS. You will assist with warranty inquiries, coordinate aftermarket supply chain activities, and foster relationships with suppliers to improve service levels.

Qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Aircraft Management, or related fields, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. The program runs 10 weeks, 40 hours per week, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration and implementation of new or revised programs within the parts distribution network.
• Support internal and external customers providing timely resolutions. Coordinate regularly with stakeholders including IT, Engineering, Global Logistics, Authorized Service Facilities, Regulatory Compliance.
• Collect and analyze data to improve internal strategy for customer support.
• Provide prompt and satisfactory warranty resolutions and collaborate with other functions to address product issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
