As an Events Intern you will assist in planning and executing industry and customer events, coordinate logistics, work with Brand Marketing and Sales teams, and contribute to post-event analysis and reporting to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of industry events, customer events, dealer meetings, sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other marketing events.
• Support event logistics, including coordination of products, materials, signage, promotional items, shipping, event registrations, and other event-related needs.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to help prepare for events and gain exposure to how events support brand, customer, and business objectives.
• Participate in event planning meetings, contribute ideas, and assist with project tasks and timelines to support successful event execution.
• Provide event support before, during, and after events, including preparation of materials, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up activities as needed.
• Assist with tracking event budgets, participation, attendee feedback, and other performance metrics to support event reporting and evaluation.
• Compile event results, key takeaways, and recommendations that help the team assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvement.
• Complete a variety of Brand Marketing projects and special assignments designed to provide exposure to event marketing, brand strategy, customer engagement, and marketing operations.
• Support additional Brand Marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
